Being healthy is more than adopting the right diet, getting enough sleep and measuring your alcohol intake. It’s also having the right beliefs about yourself. Here are some healthy beliefs that should be the foundation of your emotional well-being.

1. I can do this

True grit is a mix of courage and perseverance. It’s a difficult thing to stay the course of your own plans and dreams when nothing goes your way. To know that your happiness depends on your own action, that you can do whatever you put your mind into is to be a truly independent person and to become the architect of your own life.

2. My mistakes don’t define me

To be emotionally healthy also means knowing that you cannot control everything. Mistakes will be made, accidents will happen, and outcomes will be disappointing, in spite of your best efforts. To know how and when to accept that you made a mistake, to learn from it and to move on is to be flexible and tolerant towards yourself.

3. Everybody is worthy of respect

You might not like everybody you meet, you may disagree with them or even don’t understand them at all, but you must respect them. There is literally nobody in the world whom you can despise in good consciousness, whom you can mistreat or insult and still consider yourself a good person.

4. I can laugh at myself

OK, you are totally responsible for what your life looks like and this can be a hard truth to accept. But this does not mean you have to be grumpy and serious all the time. Being able to laugh and most importantly laugh at yourself is an essential quality that will help you through hard times and happy moments alike.

5. I deserve love

We all want love. But sometimes is hard to see ourselves as worthy of love. Self-doubt, emotional or physical abuse, low self-esteem can really take a toll on our self-image. We can come to believe that we are not entitled to receive and give love. But you are worthy of love, just like everybody else. Please, share this!

It is our second nature to be worried about various aspects in our lifetime. We keep doing things that don’t really bring value to our life. Stress is the engine that makes us do things we do not enjoy, like the job you’re working so hard for. You hate it but someone has to pay those bills. Or the inner drag that is forcing you to take a lot of things to heart that only hurt your spirit and soul.

Stop wasting your time on things that don’t matter! Here are 7 things you should definitely ignore, ‘cause in the end, they simply won’t mean anything:

1. People who don’t respect you
Pull away from negative people, there is no point in staying friends with people that have no respect for you. You’ve been close for such a long time, you forgot why you became friends in the first place. Things change, people change. Begin cutting off people from your life who only make you doubt yourself or feel sorry for yourself.

2. Impossible expectations

Find your own path in life and the purpose will follow. Don’t let silly expectations fill your life with failure and disappointment, do the best you can do and dismiss the others’ expectations of you or your own.
3. Complaining and feeling sorry for yourself
Life is too short to complain about things all the time. Weigh your priorities and stop feeling sorry for yourself, it doesn’t do you any good in the long run. Pull yourself up and take action, you can make a difference so you might as well start now. Going down the rabbit hole of self-pity may eventually be difficult to escape from.
4. Pride
Vanity, pride, narcissism and a big ego are things that don’t mean a thing when you draw the line in your life. Even if these things helped you achieve material goods throughout your existence, your true value is in who you are as a person, not how much money you have in your bank account.
5. Pleasing others
Don’t spend your life trying to please the people around you, even if you are the most magnificent, nicest person in the world, there will always be someone who doesn’t fancy your personality. Be yourself, staying true to yourself is maybe the most powerful thing you can do in this life.
6. Destructive feelings
Whatever they did and how much pain they caused you, drop the destructive emotions for the journey we have on Earth is brief. Don’t allow anger and resentment to enslave your soul. Let it go and move on.
7. Forget the past
You can’t go back and change it, that’s a fact you must keep reminding yourself at every turn. Why should you invest your spirit in something that is dead and buried? You may reconcile with your past, you can even apologize for something you did in the past but there’s nothing you can do to change it.
Try to live up to your potential and you will have no regrets when you’re old. Share this with your friends and family!

Recently I'm so in love with this pants from Berrybenka , I wear it at work and sometimes going to mall and for holiday outfit too! It's a perfect design for casual until formal outfit. For now I pair it with my yellow  silk top from Herell and outer from Berrybenka.

Sometimes I just want to wear something light and easy in my day out, so I choose this outfit today. And for heels I pair it with my suede navy blue heels from Berrybenka. If you want a lil more casual and easy you just can wear any sandals you have and yeah you go holiday with this outfit too!

Don't forget to bring this summer hat too because it's so sunny nowdays and yeah of course small rattan bag is perfect too!
